Durante cinco años, y junto al arquitecto Rafael Fernández del Amo realizamos diversas actuaciones en este precioso palacete de comienzos del siglo XX que alberga la colección de D. José Lázaro Galdiano y su mujer, Doña Paula Florido. Restauramos las fachadas del edificio, acondicionamos una sala para conciertos de música, rehabilitamos los interiores, construimos una nueva planta para albergar la biblioteca y los depósitos de libros, consolidamos y reforzamos los cimientos, renovamos las instalaciones, etcétera. Realizamos además una Modificación del Plan General de Madrid con objeto de construir un nuevo edificio adosado a una de los muros medianeros del recinto.

During a period of five years, I worked in collaboration with architect Rafael Fernandez del Amo, carrying out several actions in this beautiful early XXth.C palace, which hosts the art collection of Don Jose Lázaro Galdiano and his wife, Doña Paula Florido. We restored the façades of the building, adapted a hall for music concerts, refurbished the interior, built a new level to locate the library and book deposits, consolidated and reinforced the foundations, renovated the existing facilities, etc. Through our legal department, we succeeded in achieving a Modification of the General Plan of Madrid to construct a new building attached to one of the dividing walls of the enclosure.
