Concurso de 92 viviendas de protección oficial promovido por un organismo municipal (IMS), organizadas en una parcela cerrada con patio interior, siguiendo la pauta urbanística al uso. Las viviendas se resuelven con zona de noche vertida al interior del patio y zona de día al exterior.

Competition for a subsidized block of flats promoted by local authorities. Organized around an interior courtyard and following the standard guidelines of urban development, the concept for the 92 apartments contemplates an evening activity area overlooking the interior court and a daytime zone facing the exterior gardens.​
